Group Managing Director
Tan Sri Tee Boon Kee, a Malaysian, is the Group Managing Director of Delloyd Ventures Sdn Bhd. He was appointed to the Board on 6 August 1996 and is the Chairman of the Nomination Committee of the board.
Tan Sri Tee is a businessman by profession and co-founder of the DVSB Group. He is the spouse of Puan Sri Chung Geok Siew, an Executive Director of the Group. His son, Dato' Leon Tee Wee Leng and brother, Dato' Tee Boon Keat, are also members of the Board.

Puan Sri Chung Geok Siew, a Malaysian, is an Executive Director of Delloyd Ventures Berhad. She was appointed to the Board on August 1996 and sits on the Nomination Committee of the Board.
Puan Sri Chung is one of the founding members of the DVB Group. She has garnered wide experience in the financial and administrative aspects of the Group's automotive components business as well as its oil palm plantations business.
She is the spouse of Tan Sri Tee Boon Kee, Group Managing Director. Her son, Dato' Leon Tee Wee Leng and her brother, Chung Chee Sun, are also members of the Board.
Dato' Leon Tee Wee Leng
Group Managing Director
Dato' Leon Tee Wee Leng, a Malaysian, was appointed to the Board on 29 May 2013 and sits on the Audit Committees and the Nomination Committees of the board. In June 2017, he was designated as Group Managing Director of Delloyd Ventures Sdn Bhd.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Monash University Clayton, Australia.
He oversees the Group’s local and overseas business development in the automotive components and oil palm plantations sectors.
His father, Dato' Sri Tee Boon Kee and mother, Datin Sri Chung Geok Siew are both members of the Board.
Mr. Chua Soo Seong

He has been designated Deputy Group Managing Director on 18 January 2019 overseeing the Group’s automotive business as well as the plantation segment.
Mr. Chua Soo Seong graduated with, a Degree in Bachelor of Computing, majoring in Computer Science and Information Systems and a Graduate Diploma in Business Systems from Monash University, Australia.

Dato' Tee Boon Keat, a Malaysian, is an Executive Director of Delloyd Ventures Sdn Bhd. He was appointed to the Board on 6 August 1996 and is the brother of Dato’ Sri Tee Boon Kee.
He is a businessman by profession and has vast experience in the management of the automotive accessories business.
Dato’ Ir. Haji Noor Azmi Bin Jaafar
Non - Executive Director
Dato’ Ir. Haji Noor Azmi Bin Jaafar, a Malaysian, is Non - Executive Director of Delloyd Ventures Sdn Bhd. He was appointed to the Board on 6 August 1996 and sits on the Nomination Committee of the Board.
He graduated from UiTM with Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Subsequently, he obtained a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Miami, USA. He is a member of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM) and a registered Professional Engineer ( P. Eng ) with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia.
After 25 years with Delloyd, on 1st May 2016, Dato’ Ir. Haji Noor Azmi has retired as the Managing Director and currently acts as Senior Advisor of the Group’s automotive
division until his redesignation as Non-Executive Director from 2 July 2018..
