DELLOYD PARTNERS GERMANY'S BROSE

DELLOYD partners Germany's Brose DELLOYD Ventures Bhd is teaming up with German-based Brose International GmbH to manufacture and supply window regulators to the Ford Group in Thailand. The company told Bursa Malaysia yesterday that its wholly-owned unit Delloyd Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd, and Brose will set up a 40/60 joint venture entity called Brose Delloyd Automotive Co Ltd with operations to be located in Rayong, Thailand.
