9.19 MILLION DELLOYD SHARES TRADED OFF MARKET

PETALING JAYA: Automotive components manufacturer Delloyd Ventures Bhd saw 9.19 million shares transacted in an off-market deal at RM3.20 each yesterday.

Stock market data showed the block of shares represented a 9.19% stake, based on its paid-up of 100.004 million shares. The shares closed 3 sen lower at RM3.52.
